Problems or errors
If the suspension signs we put up have the incorrect information, contact us so we can correct it.
If we are responsible for the error, we’ll refund you for each 24 hour period that the suspension should have been available and is incorrect from when you advised us there was an error.
We do not give refunds for problems that arise as a result of the acts of third parties. However, if someone has parked so you can’t use the suspended space or location, contact us so we can let our civil enforcement officers know. We will also make suitable alternative arrangements with you.
If a dispensation hasn’t been issued correctly, contact us and we can amend the mistake.
If however you have provided the incorrect details, you may be issued with a Penalty Charge Notice if the dispensation does not correctly cover the vehicle parked.
