Kingston Register Office is currently operating limited services for Birth Registrations and Notice of Intention to Marry or form a Civil Partnership. Please visit the relevant pages for further information on availability and how to book.      

Restrictions will start to be lifted slowly from 8th March, we will be working in line with the Government's roadmap out of lockdown. 

From 29th March - Small ceremonies with a maximum of 6 attendees (including the couple) can resume. No longer restricted to exceptional circumstances only. 

No earlier than 12th April -  We will fully open for Birth Registration and Notice of Intention to Marry/form a Civil partnership appointments. Ceremonies will increase to 15 attendees (including the couple).

No earlier than 17th May - Ceremonies will increase to a maximum of 30 attendees. Capacity will be based on a review of social distancing measures and may be lower to accommodate. 

No earlier than 21st June - No limits on the number of attendees. Capacity will be based on the venues licence restrictions pre pandemic.
