Housing works better when we take on board what residents have to tell us. That is why we asked for an independent view on how we are doing and what we should do next. Please click here to read what the independent report said.
We have now drafted a new resident engagement plan called Connect with Housing on which we consulted. This contains proposals for how we will listen to a greater number of residents and how we will do this in new ways.
Survey and direct responses needed to reach us by 11 March 2014.
We expect to take the final version of the new plan to Housing Consultative Committee on 10 April 2014, and then set up the new ways for listening to residents in time for publication in Home Life in June.
