When will I know if I have to pay?

After we have received your assessment form, we will let you know in about two weeks how much you will have to pay. We will confirm it in writing, showing you how we worked it out. Charges will usually be applicable from the first day you receive funding assistance.

What if I can’t afford to pay?

If you feel you can't afford it, ask us for a review if you think we've made a mistake in your assessment or we haven't properly looked at your situation.

What if I’m not happy with the amount I have to pay?

If you think you’ve been treated unfairly, or aren’t happy with the result of a review, please let us know. We’ll send you a copy of the review, the result, and our complaints process.
