    Five projects run by Kingston’s Youth Council have been funded to help inspire climate action among the borough’s younger residents.... To support this, £10,000 has been awarded by the council to Kingston Youth Council members in the form of a Climate Youth Fund....     Kingston libraries and Mind in Kingston have created a collection of 150 self help books for adults and young people which aim to help people with mild to moderate mental health problems learn more about their conditions and provide steps to overcoming their symptoms and regaining their lives.... The collection at Kingston Library has been put together by Mind in Kingston using the national initiative, Books on Prescription, and is freely available to reserve and borrow by anyone through the borough libraries.... Courses are free to people living, working or studying in Kingston.
