See your GP

If you have concerns about your mental health, speak to your GP. They'll ask you questions about your mood and any negative thoughts or feelings you may have been experiencing. They'll try to understand what is wrong and make a diagnosis. If necessary they will refer you on for more specialist support. That could be advice on lifestyle, accessing a range of therapies or putting you in touch with another organisation.
