Below you can find some helpful advice and ideas on how to keep you and your family healthy and connected during these unprecedented times.

Handwashing is crucial: Wash your hands more often than usual, for 20 seconds each time with soap and water or hand sanitiser, especially on the following occasions when you:

  • Get home or into work
  • Blow your nose, sneeze or cough
  • Eat or handle food

Self-isolating advice

If you are self-isolating, you can find more help, advice and support from our partners across Kingston at Connected Kingston. Services across the borough are adapting to support residents with their physical and mental health at this time. This site will continue to be updated so do check back.

Letters are being sent telling 1.5 million people in England most at risk of coronavirus to stay at home. They will receive letters or text messages strongly advising them not to go out for 12 weeks to protect themselves.
