100% of surveyed streets achieved Grade B (predominantly free of litter/detritus and refuse apart from some small items) or better.

99.4% of fly tipping incidents on public land were cleared within 1 working day. This is against a target of 99%.

Zero at present. Green flag judging of parks took place during Quarter 1 and results should be known in Quarter 2.

  • Category 1 defects (potholes) repaired within 24 hours (Green)

100% of potholes were given an initial repair within 24 hours, achieving target.

  • % of food business rated 3 or above (Green)

96% of food businesses inspected this quarter achieved a rating of 3 (satisfactory) or higher. This compares with a target of 75%.

  • % of Regulatory Service requests responded to within 3 days (Green)

83% of service requests were responded to within 3 days; against a target of 80%.

  • % Adult safeguarding cases closed with risks reduced or removed (Amber)

At the end of June, 87% of cases were closed with risks reduced or removed. We have seen an increase in activity and a greater level of complexity to cases (this is seen nationally as well). This means that cases take longer to achieve a reduction or elimination of risk.

  • Number of new Direct Payments per month (Green)

Direct Payments are payments from the local authority enabling clients to purchase services to help meet their needs. For June, 6 new direct payments were set up, against a target of 4. A total of 22 were made for Quarter 1).

  • % of high risk domestic abuse victim / survivors who have received multi-agency support and action who experience a further recorded violent incident (Blue)

2.7% of high risk domestic abuse victims/survivors that have received multi-agency support experienced a further recorded violent incident. This result is tracked over time, and shows - positively - a fall from the result in April (3.5%)

  • Number of professionals in Kingston receiving specialist violence against women and girls training (Green)

55 professionals received specialist violence against women and girls training in June, brining the total for the quarter to 122 - against a target of 90.

  • Number of residents receiving a Warm Homes home energy efficiency advice assessment (Green)

For June, 38 residents received a Warm Homes energy efficiency advice assessment, against a target of 20. The total for the quarter was 119 (against a target of 60).

  • % of performance targets met for Local Authority Liaison Officer attendance & opening emergency shelters (Grey)

100% of targets were met.

  • % of declared emergency incidents responded to within the time frames for the Resilience Standards for London (Grey)

100% of incidents were responded to within time frames.

  • % of care leavers (19 - 21 year olds) who are in contact with the local authority and who are engaged in education, training and employment (Green)

66% of care leavers aged 19 to 21 in contact with the Council are engaged in education, training or employment. The target is 60%.

96.8% of 16-17 year olds were in education, training or employment at the end of Quarter 1.
