Social value is the value generated through physical activity at the leisure centres in the borough, expressed in monetary terms. £109.69 in social value is generated through the use of the leisure centres in the borough.

232 residents have been supported into job or training outcomes via government and Council programmes.

  • Customer satisfaction - survey results General Repairs % Customers satisfied (Red)

Customer satisfaction with general repairs in the Council’s social housing fell to 75% for June(previously 79% for May and 81% for April); this is against a target of 87%. .

  • Housing Total Repairs completed within target time (%) inc gas (Red)

76% of repairs were completed within target time for June (75% for May and 80% for April). This is against a target of 97%.

  • Number of affordable homes delivered (Grey)

Zero at present, though work is in progress on a number of homes in the Council’s small sites programme.

  • Number of Households living in Temporary Accommodation (Blue)

At the end of June, 950 households were in temporary accommodation.

93.7% of new birth visits were completed within 14 days, exceeding the target of 85%

6% of cases stepped up to Children’s social care this quarter.
