Examining the charging schedule
Our community infrastructure levy (CIL) draft charging schedule was submitted to the secretary of state for independent examination on 22 of June 2015. The examination documents are listed below.
Examiners Report
Following the examination on 3 September 2015 the examiner has issued his final report recommending the approval of the Royal Borough of Kingston CIL Charging Schedule. The Royal Borough of Kingston CIL Charging Schedule was approved at Full Council on 13 October 2015 and formally adopted on 1 November 2015.
