Hold the Hope

A group of dedicated volunteers with personal experience of suicide have created a compelling film, Hold the Hope, aimed at breaking the silence surrounding suicide. Drawing from their own lived experiences, the film serves as a catalyst to spark open, honest conversations about suicide, while empowering others with the insights they’ve gained from their own journeys.

Find out more and watch the trailer for the film on South West London and Saint George’s Mental health trust site

Champions For Change Living library

The Kingston Living Library is a safe community space where members of the public can speak to any person with lived experiences of mental health issues to improve their understanding. The Champions wanted to share their experiences virtually to give people the option of learning more about mental health from the comfort of their own home. Some of these stories cover people who had suicidal ideation.
