What's on offer?

Health and fitness

Health and fitness classes include:

  • pilates
  • tai chi
  • yoga

Levels range from beginner to advanced. Maintain and improve your fitness, flexibility, posture, balance, well being and coordination, and reduce stress in a safe and friendly environment.

Health and Safety

Where physical activities are taking place, learners should ensure that they are medically fit for the proposed activity.  You must complete a Health Questionnaire every time you enrol on a Health and Fitness course. This is compulsory and will be sent to you by email on confirmation of your enrolment.  Any changes in your fitness or health during the course should be brought to the tutor’s attention immediately and you will need to complete a new Health Questionnaire with updated information.
