- using a standard based on pictures, you grade those services, offer your comments and send it back to us
- tells us which services are working and which need improving and it may also suggest the need for further investment
Estate inspections
- for those who live in or own a council property on the estate being inspected
- inspections take place quarterly and in the daytime - January 2022 - April 2023 inspection dates
- accompany your estate manager as they go around the estate, noting any outstanding problems
- means we will hear about issues we may not see at the time of inspection, such as what happens at night time or weekends and helps us to understand the causes of problems
Estate advocates
- for those who live in or own a council property on the estate where there is no residents’ association
- we would like you to act as a contact point with us
- let us know about problems that come up and advise us on what the estate needs
- how much you publicise this to your neighbours, so they can feed communal issues through you, is up to you
- training will be given
