    Officers have remained in regular contact with Thames Water, who today have advised that both emergency tanks have been emptied of stored sludge and cleaned to remove any residue.... The Council is aware of resident dissatisfaction with the communications by Thames Water to their customers over this period,  and we have raised this with Thames Water to aid learning from critical incidents such as this.
