Movement through Menopause

Places Leisure understand that going through menopause can be an extremely isolating time with over 90% of women struggling with menopausal symptons in the UK. This common, but disregarded health condition has resulted in an increase in mental health issues, a demotivation to socialise and a decrease in physical capability. Consequently, Places Leisure's 12-week Move through Menopause course has been created to empower women by helping them learn about the condition, meeting other women who are going through the same thing, and ultimately closing the stigma around menopause.
