10,000 people get involved in the ‘All in One’ borough survey

Largest ever response to a Council consultation.

Almost 10,000* people have taken the time to share their views and aspirations for Kingston by taking part in the ‘All in One’ borough survey.  A further 465,000 people are estimated to have seen the All in One campaign via social media channels.

The survey formally closed on Friday 21 November and an independent research company is now busy inputting and analysing the data.  The vast number of responses received mean that this is a big task, but once complete it will produce findings that are very robust and reliable.

Deputy Leader, Councillor Gaj Wallooppillai, said:

“I am proud to say that the All in One survey received three times more responses than any other survey ever conducted by the Council, which is phenomenal. Such detailed, resident-generated data and views on what the Council does well, what it could do better and what our priorities should be for the future, helps us to ensure we can deliver services that meet residents’ needs and expectations.

"With that in mind, special thanks must go to anyone who gave their time to answer our survey. I can't wait to meet many of them at our public engagement events which are being planned for the New Year, where we will feedback the results and discuss our plans and aspirations for the future."

* The final number of responses to the All in One Survey was 9,746.
