Kingston is proud to be an inclusive borough, committed to fostering a community where fairness and inclusion are central to everything we do. This page serves as a dedicated space for members of our LGBTQIA+ community, providing information about local groups, events, and educational resources from both our local libraries and beyond.

LGBT+ Forum

The LGBT+ Forum hosts a diverse range of regular social events for members of the community and has run cultural projects to amplify the voices of LGBT+ residents in Kingston.

Pride in London

Here you can find all the information for this years Pride Event. Taking place on Saturday, July 5th, the parade will be a vibrant celebration of London’s LGBTQ+ community and its allies.

LGBTQ+ Community Centre

The London LGBTQ+ Community Centre is a sober, intersectional community centre and café where all LGBTQ+ people are welcome, supported and can build connections. They host a range of weekly events and regular health and wellbeing groups. These services are donation-based making them accessible for people from all economic backgrounds.

Connected Kingston

Connected Kingston helps local residents find local services and activities that can help improve their physical and mental wellbeing. This includes relationship services, sexual health clinics and LGBTQ+ student groups. 

Kingston Libraries

The Kingston Library online catalogue has a host of queer literature and fiction available to add to your reading list all year round.
