Authority Monitoring Report
What is the Authority Monitoring Report?
The Authority Monitoring Report (AMR) sets out the progress with the preparation of development plan documents, reports any activity relating to the duty to cooperate and any information collected which relates to indicators in the development plan.
The AMR includes:

an update on the preparation of planning policy documents set out in the Local Development Scheme

monitoring information on Community Infrastructure Levy income and expenditure

monitoring information on the self-build and custom housebuilding register

monitoring information on the number of net additional homes completed
