Booking an interpreter
It is advisable to make your booking in advance however we can accommodate short notice requests where required. You can make a booking online.
Please note that a password will be required to access the booking system - call us to obtain a password.
Before booking an interpreter, please ensure you have read all the relevant information in our guidance for using an interpreter. This includes guidance for fact to face interpreting, the telephone interpreting service and British Sign Language (BSL) interpreting.
How will I be invoiced?
Once your booking has been completed we will raise an invoice and send it to the billing address you provide. Full payment is required within 21 days.
Cancellation of bookings
Face to face interpreter bookings cancelled on the day will be chargeable.
If you need to cancel a BSL booking, please make sure you give us as much notice as possible to avoid cancellation charges.
Our cancellation charges for BSL are:
- 14 to eight days notice - 50 per cent of the booking fee
- seven or less days notice - 100 per cent of the booking fee
