Sport Kingston is a local independent forum of representatives from local sports clubs. The forum's main aim is to support clubs and promote sport in the borough.
Sport Kingston has developed a website just for clubs, coaches and members. The site contains a wide range of information including funding, coaching courses, newsletters from sports organisations, volunteering, disability information, and details of resources and other information to help support and develop a sports club.
London Sport is the County Sports Partnership for the London boroughs of Bromley, Croydon, Kingston upon Thames, Merton, Richmond upon Thames and Sutton. London Sport works across the sporting landscape, actively supporting partners to increase participation in sport and physical activity.
Sport England is focused on helping people and communities across the country create a sporting habit for life, with a plan to invest over £1 billion of National Lottery and government funding between 2012 and 2017 in organisations and projects.
Sport England also have a role protecting sports provision and must be formally consulted on any English planning applications that affect playing fields.
