An active lifestyle can improve mental health and well-being at any age.  Regular exercise that includes strength training and balance-related activities can improve bone density, reduce your risk of Alzheimer’s and reduce your risk of falls.

Good Boost’s Move Together app can be downloaded onto your smartphone or tablet.  The app creates personalised exercise sessions for groups and individuals so that every person in a group class or any individual can follow a personalised exercise programme that is tailored to them.
