Environment (including waste)

You can find information about environmental queries, including street cleaning and residential waste issues, street defects and highways on the main page of our website under the Our Services header.

Housing

Please use our online form to report a housing repair or call 020 8547 5000 (select option 3 and then option 2)

If you do not know your Housing Officer’s direct email address they can be contacted by emailing tenancyservices@kingston.gov.uk

Social Care and Children

You can contact our adult social care team at adults@kingston.gov.uk.

Our Children services can be contacted via ‘Achieving for Children’ on 0208 547 5008, Or Via the Achieving for Children Contact Form.
