Infrastructure Funding Statement

The Infrastructure Funding Statement has been produced to meet requirements under Regulation 121A of the Community Infrastructure Levy Regulations 2010 (as amended), which requires all relevant ‘contribution receiving authorities’ to publish an ‘Infrastructure Funding Statement’ at the end of each calendar year, too:

  • provide a summary and details of income and expenditure of the authority’s Community Infrastructure Levy and section 106 agreements over the previous financial year; and
  • provide a statement of the infrastructure projects or types of infrastructure which will be, or maybe, wholly or partly funded by the authority’s Community Infrastructure Levy

The information included in the Infrastructure Funding Statement will be updated (at least) annually and published on the Council’s website.
