Kingston’s newest dementia care nursing home is open to residents
Poppy Court, Kingston’s newest dementia care home, is now open to residents following its successful CQC registration.
The exceptional, state-of-the-art home in Surbiton will be home to 80 residents and features a variety of communal areas, including an on-site hairdresser, community space, café, and gardens.
Embracing the latest care technology, Poppy Court will also provide residents living with dementia and in need of specialist care with the best quality of life possible in an environment where they can feel truly at home and help them to remain independent for longer.
The council has leased the home to specialist care home provider Anavo Group to run on a 25-year basis. Anavo Group runs over ten specialist care homes across the UK, providing expertise in areas such as dementia, nursing, and respite care.
