Annual Household Canvass 2025

The annual canvass of electors takes place each year between July and November with a revised copy of the electoral register. Our electoral registration canvassers are out visiting properties that have not responded to our forms throughout the autumn months.

This email was sent to you as you have previously provided your email address to the Electoral Registration Officer. It relates to the Annual Canvass, our yearly process to ensure the electoral register is accurate and up to date.

To confirm or update your household’s voter registration details, please follow the instructions in the email. Only one response per household is required.

This email replaces the paper forms you may have received in previous years. By responding online, you help us reduce printing and postage costs.

We are using Democracy Counts Limited, a trusted supplier, to provide the Register Security website.
