Full Council

All Councillors meet together around 5 times a year as the Full Council. 

They set the main budget and policy framework for the borough. 

This can include:

  • setting the Council Tax
  • agreeing to changes to the Constitution
  • appointing the Mayor, who chairs its meetings

Full Council meetings are open to the public. They are at 7.30pm in the Guildhall. Check meeting agendas for exact time and location.
