Academy nurseries
An academy is a school that is run by an academy trust and its governors. It is funded entirely by central government and is independent of local authority control.

September and January intake
Knollmead Primary is an academy school and has two intakes per year, one in September (your child must be three years old before 31 August) and a second in January (your child must be three years old before 31 December).

September only intake
St Agatha’s Catholic Primary School and Latchmere School are academy schools and both have nurseries. They are on our regulated list and offer early education funded nursery places. They have one intake per year in September and your child must be three years old by 31 August to be considered.
