Request waste containers

Delays to deliveries

Please note that there are currently delays for container deliveries.

The delivery teams are working hard to get through the outstanding requests and are making extra delivery rounds on Saturdays.

If you do not have any recycling bins, please flat pack your cardboard neatly and place paper in clear sacks, cardboard boxes or your own plastic boxes on your collection day. Items for the green dry mixed recycling box/bin can also be placed out in the same way until you receive your bin.

You can also book a visit the Villiers Road Household Reuse and Recycle Centre to dispose of your rubbish and recycling in the meantime.

Delivery lead time for green dry mixed recycling bins is longer than expected due to the large volume of requests received. Please continue to use your green boxes until you receive your green bin.
