Duty to Cooperate
The production of a Local Plan for Kingston requires the council to engage with local, regional and nationwide partners, including local communities, to produce strategies that will address the strategic social, economic and environmental challenges facing the borough over the plan period (2019 to 2041) and maximise the delivery of sustainable development.
