Pinnacle PSG appointed to run resident engagement services in Kingston

Kingston Council has appointed Pinnacle PSG to run its resident engagement services from 1 May 2017.

Pinnacle already provide services to a number of councils and other housing suppliers across the country and were awarded the contract for a minimum of three years, following a bidding process.

The new partnership will be based on achieving results in innovative ways, and is expected to provide better value for money.

In addition to this, it will help make all aspects of housing services more customer-focused and provide more opportunities for residents to shape the housing service and play a part in enhancing their local communities.

Cllr Cathy Roberts, Kingston Council's portfolio holder for Housing, said:

"We are pleased to have awarded the contract to Pinnacle and will be working closely with them to improve the way we engage with our residents.  We want residents to have a greater involvement in their local area and about issues that affect them and the new partnership will help to achieve this.”

Residents will be contacted directly about the new service and how they can get involved in the coming months.
