  1. An election is to be held of councillors for the wards listed above of the Royal Borough of Kingston upon Thames.
  2. Nomination papers must be delivered to the Returning Officer, Electoral Services, Room 30, Guildhall, Kingston upon Thames, KT1 1EU on any day after the date of this notice, on Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm (excluding bank holidays) but no later than 4pm on Thursday 24 April 2014.
  3. Nomination papers may be obtained from the offices of the Returning Officer, Electoral Services, Room 30, Guildhall, Kingston upon Thames, KT1 1EU, during the times stated above.
  4. If any election is contested the poll will take place on Thursday, 22 May 2014.
  5. Applications to register to vote must reach the Electoral Registration Officer at Electoral Services, Room 30, Guildhall, Kingston upon Thames, KT1 1EU by Tuesday 6 May 2014.
  6. Applications, amendments or cancellations of postal votes must reach the Electoral Registration Officer at Electoral Services, Room 30, Guildhall, Kingston upon Thames, KT1 1EU by 5pm on Wednesday, 7 May 2014.
  7. Applications to vote by proxy at this election must reach the Electoral Registration Officer at Electoral Services, Room 30, Guildhall, Kingston upon Thames, KT1 1EU by 5pm on Wednesday, 14 May 2014.
  8. Applications to vote by proxy at this election applied for on grounds of physical incapacity or for reasons of employment, where that physical incapacity or change of circumstances due to employment occurred after 5pm on Wednesday, 14 May 2014 must reach the Electoral Registration Officer at Electoral Services, Room 30, Guildhall, Kingston upon Thames, KT1 1EU by 5pm on Thursday, 22 May 2014.
