Kingston celebrates Volunteers' Week
This week Kingston Council is celebrating the hard work and generosity of residents across the borough that are volunteering to support friends, neighbours and strangers during this difficult time.
Thank you to volunteers across Kingston
There are huge numbers of volunteers helping Kingston's most vulnerable residents every day. Many in our local community are relying on others to help with essentials like delivering food or medicine, helping those that are self-isolating as a result of COVID-19 or aren't able to follow social distancing rules.
To everyone that is helping make a difference in the lives of others at this difficult time: thank you.
We want to hear about your volunteer heroes
We want to give everyone the chance to say thank you to the volunteers that are working in their community. We've heard amazing stories about how people are helping each other, and we want to hear from you so we can help you say thank you.
If you've got a story about a volunteer hero you want to share, tell us all about it by visiting www.kingstonletstalk.co.uk/kinderkingston
Have you got some time you can spare?
