Careline Service switches providers
Our telecare service has switched providers from Richmond Council to Tunstall Health Service.
The telecare service, known as Careline, can help you to make emergency calls if you are an elderly person and less mobile, or are over 18 and have a physical or learning disability.
Previously managed by Richmond Council, Tunstall Healthcare will be taking over providing and managing the service and call centre that responds to you if and when you need to press your call button. There will be no change to the service you get.
All current users will be contacted by Tunstall Healthcare over the next few weeks to arrange a switch over. This should only take a few minutes.
We will keep working closely with Tunstall Healthcare for the duration of the contract to make sure that you get the best possible service knowing that help is there if you need it.
