If you have not yet lost your home, we may be able to help you remain there, for example, by helping you negotiate with a mortgage lender or landlord.
If you have been issued a section 8 or section 21 notice, we encourage you to make contact as soon as you have received such notices.
We could also help you find privately rented accommodation through our Tenant Finder scheme which matches people up with suitable homes.

Extra priority on the Housing Register
If you live with family or friends and may soon be asked to leave - we may be able to increase your priority for housing if you can remain living with them for the moment.
The @home scheme offers you the possibility of being placed in a higher band on the Housing Register. A housing officer will visit you to see whether this scheme is suitable for your situation.
