Being active

Finding the motivation and time to be active can often be quite challenging especially if you lead a busy lifestyle or exercise is not a routine part of your lifestyle. Whilst the prospect of getting started can be daunting, there are some small changes you can make to introduce a little more activity into your life.

Doing some activity is better than none – shorter chunks of moderate level activity can be a more manageable way to incorporate exercise into your week. However you do it, we can help you along the way with our choice of programmes.
