Library fines and charges for 2014–15 have been reviewed. We welcomed any comments on the proposals by Friday 1 November 2013.

Applied to each item per open day up to a maximum charge of £10. It is proposed to increase this level from £7 in line with rise in daily rate. Propose increasing the number of renewals without bringing items back to the library from 3 to 5 to mitigate the effects of the rise in charge
