 Achieving for Children (AfC) provide looked after and leaving care services to children and young people:

  • who are under the care of the Council on a permanent or long term basis
  • who have left care and require ongoing advice and/or assistance

The Local Offer for Care Leavers

The Local Offer for Care Leavers contains information about the support that is available to young people who have been in the care of the Royal Borough of Kingston upon Thames and are now aged 16 - 25 years.

Achieving for Children (AfC) is a not-for-profit community interest company established in 2014 and now jointly-owned by three councils (Richmond, Royal Borough of Kingston and the Royal Borough of Windsor & Maidenhead). AfC is commissioned to deliver social care and educational services for children across the boroughs.
