Complaints about the service charge
If you aren’t happy about what you’ve been charged for. Call the telephone number on your service charge bill. Contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the problem.
Your residents or tenants association can employ an auditor to check if the service charge has been efficiently managed, if more than two thirds of leaseholders are members.
If you aren’t satisfied with the quality of services, such as caretaking or ground maintenance, you should contact your estate manager who will tell you the next step.
