You can read a book, in your own time, at your pace, to help you understand and manage your health and wellbeing. The Reading Well scheme has compiled a reading list of books that give step-by-step self-help techniques. These help you manage common conditions including anxiety, stress, sleep problems, phobias and depression. The books have been recommended by experts. They have been tried and tested and found to be useful. 

Books can be recommended by:
  • your GP
  • a health professionals
  • or you can self refer without a professional recommendation
