Library computers

Help, classes and courses

You can use the internet even if you’ve never used a computer before. Library staff can get you started and show you where to find simple online courses. There are many free email services and library staff can help with setting up an account.

Library staff can usually solve any problems on the spot or get a member of technical staff to help you. They can also tell you about courses taking place at their library or other Kingston libraries.

We run Get Back to Work groups, Silver Surfer sessions as well as courses to improve your internet or computing skills. Ask at a branch for information or phone 020 8547 5006.

You can sit tests for the European Computer Driving Licence at New Malden, and Hook and Chessington libraries. Contact a library from more information.
