Hook Centre Community Hall is used by a variety of groups throughout the week.

Mondays

  • 10.15am to 11.15am – Becki Pilates

    • Small, friendly pilates classes which cater for different levels of experience and abilities. As a practitioner for the rehabilitation of lower back pain, Becki specialises in injury prevention and rehabilitation techniques.   • 3.45pm to 8.45pm – Flight Dance (ages 7+)

Tuesdays

  • 10am to 11am – Hot Shots Line Dancing (up to improver level)

  • 11.15am to 12.15pm – Hot Shots Line Dancing (easy intermediate)

  • 3.45pm to 6pm – Flight Dance (ages 4 to 6)

  • 1.45pm to 2.25pm – Fairy Footsteps - Fairy Dance (ages 3 to 4 years)

    • This class is a progression from the mummy and me class where your little ones will develop independence and confidence while they enter a world of fairies to dancing princesses to toy soldiers.
