Penalty charge notices - parking, moving traffic and bus lane penalties

Collection of unpaid penalties - enforcement agents

If a penalty charge notice (PCN) remains unpaid, a warrant of control (previously 'warrant of execution') may be issued in the keeper’s name under the authority of Northampton County Court.

This warrant will be passed to one of our debt collection agencies – Collect Services Ltd, Task Enforcement or Marston Group. They will contact the keeper to request payment. If payment is still not made, they may instruct a certified enforcement agent (previously 'bailiff') to find another way to secure payment.

If you have a query about a PCN which has been passed to our debt collection agency, please contact them directly and they can advise you further as well as take payment.
