Your account for Kingston online services

From February the 'my account' feature on the website will no longer be available.

We are working to improve our online services and 'my account' users will now be able to access the same services without the need to log in. These can be easily found on the homepage of the website under 'pay', 'request', 'apply' and 'report'.

You will still be able to view council tax accounts by logging in with your council tax account number, the surname of the account holder and the property's postcode.

The only feature that will no longer be available, is the ability to see unresolved online requests for services.

To use our 'Kingston online' services you need to register for an account then log in whenever you make a request.

  • save your requests and come back later to finish them
  • make payments online
  • view your account balance
  • set up or change a direct debit
  • view your instalments
