Set up a standing order or pay by BACS

If setting up a standing order you will need to complete the standing order forms from your bank. Always quote your Council Tax account number shown on your bill when making a payment or setting up a standing order.

If paying by BACS the Council Tax/business rates account number should be quoted as your reference and a remittance advice should be emailed to cashiers@rbk.kingston.gov.uk.

Pay using the Kingston Pound

The Kingston Pound (£K) is money made for the borough of Kingston upon Thames. You can pay your business rates with the Kingston Pound. Find out more about the Kingston Pound.

Pay at the Post Office

Your Council Tax (but not business rates) payment can be made at any post office – cash and debit cards are accepted. Take your bill with you as you will need the barcode printed on it.

Pay with Payzone

You can use one of the Payzone terminals found in many stores to pay your Council Tax (but not business rates). Take your bill with you as you will need the barcode printed on it. A list of places with Payzone terminals can be found on the Payzone website.
