Unhappy with your assessment, support plan or Personal Budget

If you’re unhappy with the process, your assessment, support plan or Personal Budget we want to hear about it and sort it out as soon as possible. Talk to your social worker /care coordinator or their manager about it – if this doesn’t work, get in touch.

Once we have heard from you, we will look at your concerns and may contact you to discuss the issue. If you are still not satisfied, you can use our complaints procedure. Your social worker or care coordinator will tell you how to do this.
