How to use this table

  • Determine the charges payable by reference to the standard charge column.
  • Should the work comprise more than one category of work, once the first (highest) charge has been found, all remaining charges may be taken from the discounted charge column.
  • Where more than 1 extension is involved, the total floor areas may be added together.
  • Charges are inclusive of the means of access and any other work necessary as a direct consequence of the extension/conversion.
  • All charges are inclusive of VAT.

We assess larger, more complex projects, outside the range of these tables individually.

 You may also ask for an individually assessed charge if the work you are doing falls within our standard charging criteria, but you feel that the total fee is unfairly high.
