Standards for social housing tenants consultation 2023

The Regulator of Social Housing is seeking views on the revised regulatory consumer standards. These are the proposed standards about homes and services tenants can expect from landlords when they live in social housing. The proposals are there to ensure tenants continue to live in safe, quality homes, have choice and protection and can hold landlords to account. Closes 17 October 2023.
