The Mayor’s Annual Charity Ball 2020

This annual fundraising event is in aid of the Mayor’s Charitable Trust, which is supporting Kingston Centre for Independent Living and Oxygen.

Ticket price includes: an arrival drink, a glass of wine with your three course meal, plus after dinner entertainment will be provided by The Tiffin Swing Band and Jazz Combo.  The evening will also include a small auction and grand prize draw.

Latest deadline to book tickets has been extended to Thursday 12th March 2020

Location: Sopwith Room, DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel, 1 Skerne Road, Kingston upon Thames  KT2 5FJ

 

The set menu is as follows: 

Pumpkin Soup with Parmesan Crouton

Seared Salmon Fillet, Dauphinoise Potato with Chantenay Carrots

Glazed Lemon Tart with Raspberry Sorbet

The vegetarian main course alternative if ordered in advance is as follows:

Grilled Aubergine with Quinoa and Seasonal Vegetables

Dress code is: Black Tie/Cocktail Dress/Evening Gown

Tables seat ten people but smaller parties or individuals can happily be accommodated alongside other guests with smaller numbers.

Please note that payment for tickets can be made via internet banking or by cheque.

If you wish to pay by cheque, please make cheques payable to “Mayor’s Charity” and send them to the Mayor’s Office, Guildhall, High Street, Kingston KT1 1EU  Please use the booking form to confirm if you wish to pay by bacs or internet banking – on receipt of the booking form stating how many tickets you wish the Mayor’s Office will email you with the relevant charity bank account payment information.
