How can you have your say?
We will be holding a number of engagement events in the coming months. During these events we will be looking at how we can make online processes and tasks as simple as possible and we are keen to get a broad range of perspectives from residents, businesses, partners, councillors and colleagues.
During the sessions we will discuss issues you have experienced in the past, ideas you have for improving things and any barriers you may have come across. We will ask you to test out websites, looking at examples of good practice and provide feedback.
As we develop new online processes we will ask if you would be willing to test them and provide feedback on your experience - all of your feedback will help improve the customer experience of our digital services.
Events are planned at the following dates and times, please fill in this Google Form or contact [email protected] to sign up. We are also happy to come along to other events and meetings in your area such as residents associations or community groups to discuss feedback and ideas on the website so please invite us along if there is a meeting you would like us to attend.
