Non Urgent Repairs
You may be able to resolve some repairs by using our DIY guide, this may save you waiting for an appointment.
If you have an emergency 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday, call the customer contact centre immediately on 0208 547 5003
Do not submit an emergency repair online or by email – if it is an emergency we need to know immediately via telephone.
Any emergencies outside of these house you can still call 0208 547 5003 but you will be taken to the out of hours contact centre
Here are the type of emergency repairs you can report:
- Burst pipes/uncontrollable leaks
- No power to the property
- Boarding up broken windows
- Insecure front door or window
- Loss of drinking water. Please call Thames Water to see if they are aware of the issue.
When you can expect your repair to be completed
We prioritise every responsive repair depending on its urgency and allocate a target for the maximum time that it should take to complete your repair. We will try to complete your repair more quickly than the maximum timescale.
Please be aware that we may not always be able to achieve the target timescales for non emergency repairs during the Covid crisis.
The target timescales that we apply are:
Emergency – 2hrs
Urgent - 24hours
Routine - 20 working days
